Jumpin in!

Well, I decided to go ahead and start a blog. Many of my friends have their own web pages and since many of us live in different cities and states, I thought I would do the same.

I truly am a basement stamper. I moved to Cambridge the week before Thanksgiving and the only space in the house for my ever-growing compilation of stamps and scrapbooking stuff was in the basement. It is a finished basement and I share my space with my roommate's gym equipment, but that's ok. I have enough space.

These photos were taken about 2 weeks ago. I feel embarrased and ashamed to say this is how I've been stamping and scrapping for the last 3 months. I got too busy over the holidays and just didn't take the time to get my space set-up the way I wanted to and before too long it turned into this colossal mess! Last weekend I finally plunged into the mess and started what is going to be an on-going decorative challenge.

I am happy to see your stamping space! Mine looks much the same - even though it is upstairs in my house! Congratulations on your blog...I am a lurker and am going to hope to start one soon.

I can't believe it is actually you. I have been wondering where you were forever. I had sent a letter I think last year but I didn't know if it ever got to you. I am so glad to hear from you and I can't believe your scrapbook. I am a closet scrapbooker. I have all of the stuff to start but I am too scared to actually start. Pitful, I know but I guess it is a part of my personality. I hope I get a chance to talk to you soon. Love always, Keenan.

Congrats on the blog. Okay, so perhaps it isn't myspace, but at least I can stay in better touch with you. I like your basement. All my stuff is in the corner of the bedroom and hardly ever gets used. Aubrey is almost 3 and I am sad to say I haven't even started her baby book.
